How long does it take to receive my order?

Holiday and All Occasion card orders will be dispatched in 3 - 4 weeks. (Allow 2-5 days for delivery.) Please allow extra time for orders containing a logo, custom greeting or special type.

Assortment box orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days. (Allow 2-7 days for delivery.)



What are charity seals?

Charity seals are elegant gold foil seals that are embossed with the designated charity name and charity registration number. You will be able to choose where you want to display your donation. The seals can be placed on the card upon receipt or can be used as an elegant envelope seal.

Do I have to select a specific card to support a charity?

You can pick any card to be personalised. The choice of charity is not tied to one card.  Assortment box purchases are not included in the charity donation.



How much of my purchase will be donated to the charity?

10p per personalised card will be donated to the charity. Assortment box purchases are not included in the charity donation.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, and MasterCard. You can also choose to be billed after shipment. This option is for credit approved companies and previously billed customers.

If you wish to pay an outstanding balance on a previous order, please contact us by phone, fax, mail or email and reference your order or account number. At this time, payments cannot be made online.

Will my credit card information be secure?

All transactions are run through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and are highly protected. In addition, we maintain our high security levels by deploying packet filtering routers (firewalls) and reverse caching servers. The content and database servers are located on interior networks, and are not directly visible from the Internet.



What are your delivery charges?

 Free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom



Can I have my company logo imprinted?

Yes, we can include your logo, trademark, or special type for a £13.00 one-time charge (if positioned in the standard imprint area) on the initial order. Please allow additional  processing time for orders with a new logo. You will be prompted to upload your artwork on the Customise Your Order screen.



What are the artwork requirements when submitting logos?

Artwork must be PC compatible, high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) black and white line art for best results. Artwork that includes greyscale, halftone, shadow, texture or screen will not reproduce properly. Any artwork saved from Web pages is not usable. Preferred Program files - Adobe® Illustrator CS5 (.eps, .ai, .pdf), Adobe® Photoshop CS5 (.psd, .tif). Alternate Programs - Adobe PageMaker 7.0 Plus, Microsoft Word 2003, Microsoft Publisher 2003 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. Please include all fonts used.



Can I include signatures in my card imprint?

Yes, we can include up to 4 signatures for a £13.00 one-time charge (if positioned in the standard imprint area) on the initial order. For more than 4 signatures there would be an additional charge of £36.00 (this consists of a one- time £18.00 plate charge plus a £18.00 setup charge, which would apply when used on subsequent orders).

Simply complete your order and email us at enquiries@thegallerycollection.co.uk with your order number and request a signature layout.  Allow additional time for orders with signatures to be processed.

 



Can I make up my own custom greeting?

We can imprint your customised greeting inside your cards for an initial charge of £36.00. This charge consists of a one-time £18.00 plate charge and a £18.00 setup charge that would apply each time the plate is used on future orders. Please allow additional processing time for orders with a new custom greeting.

During Step 2 of the order process, select “Z1” as your greeting code. Type your greeting in the lines provided (they will automatically appear after you select “Z1”). Your imprint will also appear in the Order Summary page before you submit your order, however keep in mind that it may not appear exactly as you entered it.

If you have a custom greeting already on file with us, you can indicate that on this screen as well. Simply check off the box stating that you already have a custom greeting on file with us and continue with your order. A £18.00 setup charge will apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order reaches production, you will receive a notification via e-mail or fax that will show the scheduled dispatch date for your order. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at enquiries@thegallerycollection.co.uk.



What products do you offer?

Currently we offer Holiday and All-Occasion cards, Calendar Cards, Photo Cards, Birthday, Sympathy, Thank You, Anniversary, Get Well and Holiday Assortment boxes and Metallic Gel Pens.

If there is a product you are looking for, we would love to hear from you. We take all suggestions seriously and if there is enough demand for a particular design or product we would consider adding it to our line in the future. What size are your Gallery cards?

Our Holiday, All-Occasion and Assortment Box cards have an impressive card size of 140mm x 200mm closed.



Do you have Calendar cards?

You can send premium quality calendar cards that present your message for the entire year. Gallery Collection calendar cards can be customised with up to 5 lines of personalisation in rich foil stamped engraving or ink printing. Your Z-fold calendar cards are delivered scored, making them easy to fold and insert into the matching foil-lined envelopes included with each order.



What size are your Calendar cards?

Our Calendar Cards have an impressive size of 140mm X 200mm closed (folded) and 140mm X 428mm open (flat).



How many lines and characters can I use on my Calendar cards?

Our Calendar cards can fit approximately 45 letters and spaces per line to a maximum of 5 lines. 5 lines of printing are included in the price of the Calendar cards.



What greetings are available for the Calendar cards?

Standard or custom greetings are not an available option on our Calendar cards.



Can you send me samples of the cards?

Please note that our entire product line is available to view and order on-line. You can request our Holiday and/or All-Occasion sample package which includes samples of pre-selected popular designs or request up to 6 specific samples of your choosing by going to our Sample Request page.



What if I am not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will promptly refund your money. Please e-mail us at enquiries@thegallerycollection.co.uk. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction. A customer service representative will reply within 2 business hours.



Can I have any personalisation on my Assortment Box order?

No. Because this product is pre-printed and pre-packaged, there is no personalisation available. All cards are printed with an appropriate pre-selected greeting (except for the Museum Masterpiece note card and Thank You cards, which are blank inside).



Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we do accept orders from outside the UK. US customers can visit our US website at http://www.gallerycollection.com. Canadian customers can visit our Canadian website at http://www.gallerycollection.ca.

For all other countries, we currently cannot process these orders online, so please email us at support@gallerycollection.com with your order and/or questions. You can also fax us at 201-641-7694. All prices will be quoted in US dollars.
